Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the information in your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this to understand your enquiry, respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Website delivery and security
Our hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include your IP address, request details, browser information and security logs.
This site does not include advertising trackers, embedded social feeds, analytics scripts or contact forms. It does not set application cookies or use browser storage. Network providers may process information or use security mechanisms where required to protect their services.
Why we use information
We process business correspondence and security information for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the business and protecting our services. Where an enquiry relates to work you ask us to undertake, we may also process information to take steps before a contract or perform the agreed contract. Some business records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
Providers and retention
Information may be processed by providers supporting our website, email and business operations. We restrict access to what is needed for the relevant purpose and retain information for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry, manage the relationship, meet record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. Retention depends on the nature of the record.
Where a provider processes information outside the UK, the relevant transfer arrangements and safeguards apply to that processing.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have conditions. Contact the mailbox above so we can assess and respond to your request.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
